Terms of Service
I inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If your item is damaged during transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs of receiving the package with Damaged Product in the subject line. Please include photographs of the damaged items, your name, and your order#. Depending on the situation, I can either repair or replace the item free of charge.
All domestic orders ship through USPS. Due to the fact that USPS does not accept PO Boxes as a valid address, we will not be able to ship your items unless you provide a physical street address.
If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipment, please contact email@example.com within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
